Daydream is a creative platform for real-time AI video generation and interactive generative media. We support artistic expression while maintaining a safe environment and protecting our community, creators, and the platform from legal and reputational harm.

This policy applies to all content shared on Daydream, including generated and uploaded videos, images, avatars, streams, and profile content. This policy may be updated at the discretion of Daydream, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account termination. We report to relevant authorities where legally required.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Any sexual or suggestive content depicting minors (real or AI-generated)

• Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including "aged-up" depictions of known minor characters

• This includes realistic and stylized/animated content

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

• Deepfakes or AI-generated sexual content of real people without documented consent

• Intimate imagery shared without subject consent

• AI-generated nudity applied to real, identifiable individuals without explicit permission

Content Facilitating Real-World Harm

• Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence

• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances

• Content intended to facilitate human trafficking or exploitation

Illegal Content

• Content that violates applicable laws in the poster's jurisdiction

• Copyright infringement

Restricted Content

The following restrictions apply to content posted on Daydream.

Artistic Nudity

Allowed with restrictions:

• Figure studies and classical artistic nudity

• Body-positive and educational content

• Fine art references and sculptures

Requirements:

• Will not appear on Discover page, public feeds, or embeds

• Must not depict real public figures

Sexual Content

Not allowed:

• Pornography or explicitly sexual material
