Free AI music generator with no sign-up

You can make music in your browser without an account. What differs is what comes next: how much a free plan makes, whether you can download it, and whether you may use it commercially.

Yes. The Daydream Music Generator lets you make your first song without an account: type a description, press Create, and play the result in your browser. A free Daydream account (no credit card) then makes 10 songs a month, each with its stems, and 3 downloads a month as MP3 (each a mix or a song's stems), all cleared for commercial use (as of October 2026). Daydream Studio, a browser-based studio for hybrid music production, is also free to start with no account: twenty free minutes a day, with session players that follow your part, chords and groove. Both are instrumental only.

What "no sign-up" usually means

Almost every free music generator lets you try something before you register; very few let you keep going without one. The difference is in three limits:

  • How many songs you can make before you're asked to sign in.
  • Whether you can download what you made, and in what format.
  • Whether you may use it commercially: in a monetized video, a game, an ad.

A tool that's free but download-free, or free but non-commercial, is fine for trying ideas and wrong for a project.

What's free on each tool, as of 20 October 2026

  • Daydream Music Generator: one song without signing in; 10 songs a month with a free account, stems, 3 downloads a month (MP3 only), commercial use, no attribution.
  • Daydream Studio (a research preview): twenty free minutes a day without an account; the Free plan then includes about 40 minutes of Studio a month. Start your way (describe it, hum it, or bring a track you started), and every part comes out as its own stem, on every plan. On a Mac it also runs your own VST3 and AU plugins in the browser, through Studio Bridge.
  • Suno: the free plan gives 50 credits a day, with "no commercial rights" and no monthly song downloads.
  • Mubert: the free plan makes 25 tracks a month with 5 downloads, MP3 only, for personal non-commercial use.
  • AIVA: free forever with no credit card; non-commercial, credit to AIVA required, and AIVA keeps the copyright.
  • ElevenLabs: the free plan's music terms permit commercial use with exclusions, but no downloads, and attribution is required.

Make a song without an account

  1. **Open the free music generator.**
  2. Describe a song. A mood, a genre, an instrument, a scene: "a lazy summer afternoon, nylon guitar and soft brushes".
  3. Pick the shape, or leave tempo, key and length on Auto. Turn on Seamless loop for music that repeats.
  4. Press Create and play it. When you want more, sign in for a free account; no credit card.

When free stops being enough

  • More tracks: the Songs plan is 500 tracks a month with unlimited downloads of mixes and stems for $4. The API is on every plan, Free included, and shares the generator's allowance.
  • More control: Studio's paid plans add more time with the session players and WAV, and Pro and Max let you train a Style on your own tracks.

Every plan is on pricing.

Short answers

  • Is there a catch? The signed-out song is one per browser, to try it. The free account's 10 songs and 3 downloads reset each month.
  • Can I use the free songs on YouTube? Yes. Commercial use is on every plan. See the best music generator for YouTube videos.
  • Does it make vocals? No. Daydream makes instrumentals; for sung songs you need a tool that makes vocals.
