"Silent track" replaces "text to audio"
The source chip and its help text now read "Silent track," matching how every other track is named. Your prompt still writes the music on its own.
Factory reset now clears the loaded Style
A reset used to leave your last Style in place, so a fresh install could open on the wrong sound. It now starts on the default marimba.

Sessions no longer drop while you're still playing
A live session could lose its seat and get handed to someone else even while sound was still streaming. It now stays put.
Switching modes now stops the loop under it
Moving from Classic to Slice or Gate used to leave the buffer armed, so switching back resumed the loop unasked. It stops now.
Press to play no longer jumps the playhead
A stopped press used to seek to wherever you clicked on the ring. Now it starts from where the head already sits; drag still scrubs.
Ctrl/Cmd-drag a slice out to your DAW
Hold Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) and drag a sector on the ring to export that slice as audio into the DAW.

Drag to explore variations near your sound
A pad lets you slide toward nearby versions of what you composed. Move back and the one you liked is still there.
Reorder CHARACTER rows to change what leads
Drag rows in CHARACTER to decide what shapes the sound first — energy, lead, or genre now compose in the order you set.

Seeking after a param change no longer plays stale audio
In Classic mode, clicking behind the playhead after tweaking a param used to play a blip of the old sound. It now holds silently and shows a pulsing playhead until the new take catches up.
STEPS now tells you the trade-off, not just the mechanism
The Steps info line used to describe how it works. It now says plainly: more steps means better sound but higher latency.
The Lead menu is now the same name on both decks
What used to be called Instrument on Solo Instrument is now Lead, matching Full Mix. Your saved picks carry over.

Bar and ÷2 in the loop row are separate controls again
The ÷2 dropdown used to stretch until it touched the button next to it, burying its caret under the label. It's back to a normal-sized chip with the caret showing.

Composed prompts now match the instrument you hear
Switching between Arranger and Studio used to leave old text on screen while a different instrument played. It now rewrites the prompt to match every time.
Auto Apply now turns on by default
New CHARACTER sessions start with AUTO APPLY on, so the composed prompt fires as soon as you commit it.

Both decks now build the prompt through CHARACTER
CHARACTER composes what plays on both decks now, with finer controls tucked behind its cog and a reset that's always within reach.
DreamSampler now loads as an effect too
Hosts that only accept effect plugins can now load DreamSampler alongside the instrument version, so an effects-only slot no longer shuts it out.
Loading a Style now respects its strength knob
Picking a Style from the list used to play it at full strength no matter where the knob sat. It now follows the knob, quiet or loud.
Short tracks no longer trail off into silence
A track shorter than the session's length used to fade into silence past its end. Uploading it now reconnects the session to match, so the whole track plays.

Classic and Slice now show as discs beside the ring
A pair of discs next to the ring — plain for Classic, divided for Slice — lets you see which sample mode you're in, alongside the existing selector.
The server field now applies before you connect
Typing a custom server address and closing the menu used to keep the previous connection active. It now takes effect right away.

First-run hold-to-play hint shows up again
The tour told new users to hold a glowing slice, but nothing glowed. The ring now pulses and shows a HOLD TO PLAY pill on that step.

Your trained Styles come back as yours
A Style you'd already trained could return filed under Catalog, wearing a mangled name and no trigger word. It lands under My Styles now, named, and its trigger works.
Prompt A and B sit on one surface, over the blend
Both fields are always there, divided by a hairline, with the blend beneath them. Enhance is per field now, so it works on the one you point it at.
Hover a control and the faceplate says what it does
A band along the bottom names whatever you're pointing at and what it's for, in the faceplate's own type. Every control has it, down to the ones in the strip.
The blend reads as a split, not a decimal
The rail fills up to the handle, so the filled length is A's share, and the readout says A 49 · 51 B.

On Solo Instrument the knob only applied when you re-picked the Style. It now takes effect as you move it.

One STYLE STRENGTH knob on Solo Instrument
A solo instrument has one Style slot, so the second strength knob and STYLE BLEND are gone. Full Mix is unchanged.
A link to your Styles, under the dropdown
Loading a Style file by hand is gone. The dropdown now links straight to where you make and manage new ones.

Trained Styles used to appear one at a time, minutes apart. They now land together when you connect.

Click the waveform to play from there
In Classic × Trigger the whole waveform is a play target now. It seeks to where you click and starts.
Reopening a plugin no longer comes back playing
Closing mid-playback and reopening left a lit transport with nothing behind it. It comes back stopped.

CONNECT no longer dead-ends on a bad session
A failed start left an error on the plate, and pressing CONNECT again often dropped you back into the same failure. It re-queues on its own now and lands somewhere that works.

A short tour on the first run, lessons after that
The tour covers play, STRENGTH and PROMPT BLEND, then hands off to a LEARN menu of walkthroughs you can start whenever. No lesson moves anything without your click.
A clearer plate when you're not connected
The CONNECT call-out was a button with a caption stacked under it on a hard-edged veil. It's one plate now, and it no longer tells you your controls are locked.
The hold-to-play nudge fits on the waveform
On a sliced kit the first-run nudge sat on slice one and ran off the left edge, clipping the word. It sits a few slices in, with room on both sides.

Moving a knob always reaches your sound
Parameters could quietly stop applying — most often right after a source swap, where the new source played but the knobs did nothing. They apply every time now.
A preset bank you can read at a glance
Slots fill the panel, amber for saved and teal for playing, and MORPH names the transition time. Full Mix and Solo Instrument each keep their own bank.
A fresh install opens on Solo Instrument
Solo Instrument is where a new install starts, and Full Mix stays a click away in the Workflow menu. A factory reset puts everything back the way it shipped.
Time signature, beside KEY on Solo Instrument
Set the meter yourself or leave it on Auto-detect. It travels with your prompt, and changing it takes effect without a reconnect.

The three knobs that shape your sound, up front
STRENGTH, STRUCTURE and TIMBRE are grouped together under the waveform now, above the prompts, instead of sitting apart in the deck below them.
Your prompt tells you when it has landed
A chip in the box reads EDITED — ENTER TO APPLY until your text is in, then flashes applied. Enter commits it, Shift+Enter still adds a line, clicking away still works.
Your remaining credits, in the top bar
The number sits up top and ticks down as you play. Click it to open your usage dashboard.

Sign in and your session starts on its own
The welcome plate is one step now. There's no workflow picker and no START — sign in and it connects. The workflow is still yours to change from the faceplate.
The sampler's modes are now Classic and Slice
Classic and 1-Shot did most of the same things. Classic keeps the transport, loop band and scrubbing, Slice is its own layout, and old sessions open on Classic.
A guided tour of the controls, when you want it
LEARN THE CONTROLS walks you through the knobs one at a time. It sits over the status row instead of resizing the plugin around it.
What you loaded takes effect the moment you connect
PROMPT BLEND and TIMBRE used to sit at their defaults on a fresh connect until you nudged a knob. Whatever you had loaded now applies straight away.
