AIVA alternatives
What to use instead of AIVA, depending on what you need: sung vocals, a studio in your browser where you make the track yourself, or royalty-free instrumentals you can download. We make Daydream, so it's listed first; every other tool's facts are from its own pages.

What are the best AIVA alternatives?
It depends on what you use AIVA for. If it’s composed MIDI, stay with AIVA: Daydream’s session players play audio. If it’s finished instrumentals you can own and use, Daydream gives you ownership and commercial use on every plan, Free included, where AIVA keeps the copyright below Pro (€49 a month plus VAT); Daydream Songs is $4 a month with unlimited downloads. For instrumentals in your DAW, look at Stable Audio; for sung vocals, Suno or ElevenLabs Music.
The alternatives
Daydream
For making the track yourself, and for royalty-free instrumentals. Daydream Songs is $4 a month for 500 tracks with unlimited downloads of mixes and stems; the free plan includes commercial use and 3 downloads a month. No sung vocals.
Suno
For songs with sung vocals and lyrics. Pro is $10 a month with 20 downloads a month; the free plan has no commercial use.

Questions
- Is there an AIVA alternative where I own the music for free?
- Daydream. You own what you make on every plan, Free included, cleared for commercial use with no credit, and Free has 3 downloads a month. On AIVA Free, AIVA owns the copyright and you must credit it, as of 20 October 2026.
- Does Daydream export MIDI?
- Not for what its session players make: they play audio, and every part comes out as its own stem. Studio’s instrument lanes, the parts you play or write yourself, import and export MIDI. For composed MIDI arrangements, AIVA exports them.
